  • Jack'd is telling me my device has been blocked. What's going on?

    • You have deleted your account. *
    • The Jack’d Team deleted your account because you violated our Terms of Service. **
    • You are using a previously-owned device and it is blocked. In this case you must wait 30 days before signing up.

    * If you delete your account, your device will be blocked for 30 days. If you have questions about this policy, contact Jack'd Team at team@jackd.mobi

    ** Accounts which violate the Terms of Service may be deleted at the discretion of the Jack'd Team. Common violations of Jack'd Terms of Service include: (1) creating multiple accounts, (2) uploading pictures that do not meet our guidelines, and (3) abusing the “report” feature.

  • I can't log-in with my e-mail and password. Why?

    • You may have entered an incorrect e-mail address or password. If you've forgotten your password, you may request a temporary password by following the link on the log-in page. After using the temporary password to log in, remember to change your password in the account section to something you will remember. However, if you have forgotten or no longer have access to the e-mail address you created your Jack'd account with, you cannot recover your account.
    • Your account doesn't exist anymore because you deleted it or you violated Jack'd Terms of Service
    • You need to update to the latest version of Jack'd
    • Jack'd servers may be temporarily unavailable. E-mail team@jackd.mobi for assistance
  • I followed the instructions to retrieve my password, but I haven't received an e-mail with a temporary password. Why?

    • You may have entered the incorrect e-mail address. If you have forgotten or no longer have access to the e-mail address you created your Jack'd account with, you cannot recover your account
    • You deleted your Jack'd account
    • The Jack'd Team deleted your account for violating the Jack’d Terms of Service
    • Your e-mail provider blocks e-mails from team@jackd.mobi and support@jackd.mobi. Please add “team@jackd.mobi” and “support@jackd.mobi” to your “safe senders” list, and check your spam folder
    • You have already requested a new password. You can only request a new password once in a 24-hour period
    • You have disabled JavaScript in your web browser or on your mobile device
  • I forgot my e-mail and I can't access my account. What can I do?

    Your e-mail address is the only way to verify account ownership. If you have forgotten or no longer have access to the e-mail address you created your Jack'd account with, you cannot recover your account

  • I received the temporary password e-mail, but it's not working. Why?

    • You need to update to the latest version of Jack'd
    • You may have entered the incorrect e-mail address or password. Remember, passwords are case sensitive!
    • Your account was deleted after generating the temporary password
    • You are using an outdated password. Some e-mail providers take longer than others to deliver messages. If you request a temporary password more than once in a 24-hour period, you will only be able to use the most recently generated password. For this reason, please only request a temporary password once in a 24-hour period.

  • I keep trying to upload my pictures and Jack'd is deleting them! What's going on?

    Public Pictures on Jack'd are approved at the discretion of the Jack'd Team. When pictures are deleted it's likely for one of the following reasons:

    • The picture violates Jack'd Terms of Service
    • The picture does not meet the Jack'd picture guidelines. If the Jack'd Team deletes a picture, it's likely for one of the following criteria:
      • Nudity below the waist
      • Close-ups below the waist
      • Sexually overt pictures
      • Animals in a sexual context
      • Weapons (real or not)
      • Profanity (explicit language, gestures, etc.)
      • Drugs or drug paraphernalia
      • Depictions of blood or violence
      • Children (including in the background)
      • Depictions of underage drinking
      • The picture does not meet the standards listed for content in mobile applications (set by Google and Apple).

    If you believe your pictures were deleted in error, please write an e-mail to team@jackd.mobi with your account information and a copy of the picture(s) in question.

  • I just deleted my account. Can I create a new account now?

    Once you delete your account, the device used to create your account will be blocked for 30 days. This policy is outlined in the Jack'd Terms of Service. If it's been more than 30 days since you deleted your account and your device is still blocked, write to us at team@jackd.mobi
  • I'm having trouble uploading pictures. What can I do?

    • Check your Internet connection. The most common explanation for this problem is a slow or unreliable Internet connection. Your connection must upload your picture in less than 20 seconds or the server will timeout.
    • Resize your picture. All pictures must be larger than 200px by 200px. If your photo is too small, you must resize it.
    • Uninstall and then reinstall the app (this is not the same as deleting your Jack'd account).
    • Try uploading a picture from a different source (for example, select a picture from your phone's “photo gallery” rather than “camera” or vice versa).
    • Jack'd servers may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, please try uploading your picture(s) in an hour.
  • Can I unblock a member?

    As outlined in Jack'd Terms of Service, you may decide to block a member, but you will not be able to unblock him. For this reason, please use your best judgment when blocking a member.
  • I don't want people to see my profile. Can I log off?

    Jack'd doesn't support a log-off feature. But if you don't want your profile to display for other members in the “Members” section, simply don't use the app for three days. After three consecutive days of inactivity, Jack'd will not display your profile to other members in the “Members” section.
  • Can I have more than one account?

    You may only create and use one account at a time. When the Jack'd Team detects multiple accounts, they will delete all accounts except for the one with the most recent activity. In turn your device will be blacklisted, and you will not be able to use Jack'd for at least 30 days.
  • Should I let other members use Jack'd on my device?

    Only you should be using Jack'd on your device. It's a violation of Jack'd Terms of Service to access multiple accounts on one device, so you risk deletion of your account by allowing someone else to use Jack'd on your device.
  • I'm selling my device. What should I do to make sure my Jack'd account is safe?

    First, uninstall Jack'd on your old device. Once you receive your new device, install Jack'd and log into your account. Don't surrender your old device until you've completed this process or your account may be deleted.
  • I can't log into my account, I can't view pictures or messages seem to not be sending. What's going on?

    Jack'd servers may be temporarily unavailable. E-mail team@jackd.mobi for assistance
  • I just bought Jack'd Pro, but my account wasn't upgraded. Help!

    • Wait a few hours. Sometimes it takes a while to process the payment *
    • Force quit and restart the Jack’d app
    • Uninstall and reinstall Jack'd
    • When none of the above solve the issue, send your App Store/Play Store receipt as well as a screenshot of the “feature not available” error message to team@jackd.mobi

    * Due to issues beyond the Jack'd Team's control, payment through the App Store/Play Store may take up to 24 hours to process.

  • Someone underage (under 18) is using Jack'd. What do I do?

    • Report the profile using the report feature
    • Send an e-mail to team@jackd.mobi including as much detail as possible about the member (include a screenshot of the profile and chat history) to help us identify the profile in question

    If the member's profile or chat history doesn't clearly state that he's underage, please include the reason for reporting in your e-mail.

  • Someone stole my pictures. Can you take them down?

    In order to handle situations with stolen pictures, we must verify ownership of the pictures in question. Following the steps below will ensure the situation is resolved as quickly as possible:

    1. Do not contact him
    2. Report the offending member's profile using the report feature
    3. E-mail the Jack'd Team at “team@jackd.mobi“ with “Unauthorized Use of Picture” in the subject line. Include the following in your e-mail:
      • A clear picture of you holding a piece of paper with the e-mail address that is associated with your Jack'd account
      • A copy of your government-issued ID
      • Unedited copy of the photo(s) in question
      • As much detail as possible about the offending member (include a screenshot of his profile) to help the Jack'd Team identify him
